Rocket Nozzle Development: A Simple Amateur Approach (V1)

I've initiated nozzle development using a straightforward methodology. The approach involves designing a basic CAD model for 3D printing, which will function as a mold insert. Rockite concrete will then be poured around this printed component to form the final nozzle structure.
This cost-effective technique draws inspiration from Richard Nakka's "Kappa Nozzle" design. The current dimensional specifications remain preliminary, and the initial prototype hasn't undergone testing.
I anticipate future refinements may yield an affordable, high-performing nozzle without requiring traditional manufacturing equipment like lathes or graphite blocks.
A comprehensive instructional post is planned, which will provide detailed explanations of the design rationale and necessary materials for replicating this nozzle creation method.
